Way back in the day there was an Oblivion mod where you travelled to Elseweyr. I never got the chance to play it because the mod author removed the mod or something but it was supposed to be pretty cool. May be worth checking it out for a video

Some of the land may be popping in because LOD (level of detail) may have not been generated for the new area. This is just an educated guess as a person who dabbles in making mods for Skyrim.

Once join a time there was a weird oblivion mood called "blood and mud", mightve been german? I don't know, I just know it made Bravil be weird, added NPCs with strange voices, maybe a quest? Never completed it, but i remember some store with figurines and a book store that exploded with books when i entered cause they were packed real tight. Been a while since I've seen a Oblivion video, love it! You will really like the HESU collection. It has loads of weird stuff like a village overrun by cannibal sheep and a butcher in a japanese styled town selling human meat. There is even a small domino track which is very nostalgic if you'se veen those oblivion domino videos back in the day. While there is not much background info on the new things to find, one can usually make up what happened by doing a little bit of investigation and keeping an eye out for smaller details. I made a collection of showcases for it a long time ago, which might give a idea of what this has to offer. I'm sure with your style of videos you can make something entertaining out the HESU collection. It's presented very well and kept active by Mhahn. Definitely worth checking out if you havn't already!
