Mr. Nesco is definitely one of the better people you question, doesn't lie to you at all. I guess he doesn't have much reason to lie, though. And I guess it's nice to know that Hugo was guilty for the murder, although I think you only get the good end and best ranking if you pin it on Eli. You actually get a better ending if you don't find the knife first in Marriage Made in Heaven, in that it's possible to save the lives of both Lorna and Leroy, and they'll actually face justice for murdering Lester? Talk about a butterfly effect.

Rockstar puts out a second game like LA NOIRE it hopefully will be another legend. Something maybe set in a bit of a newer time period though and another area. I’d love 60s through 70s vibe. You can take your weapons out whenever but the game would degrade you for killing innocent people since your a cop lol That’s exactly why you can only use weapons during missions in LA NOIRE…. To kill criminals. You can’t hurt or kill innocent people you can run them over in a vehicle but you’ll loose… honor. Let’s say that. It’ll impact your record too Be great for rockstar in the future to put out another game like this. We have 3 westerns A bunch of GTAs Max Payne Much more Be great for another police themed video game in the future Edit: even though I’m basically finished with gaming because I got a life to live now and all the other things, I’d buy the game if rockstar were to make it GTA 6 may be the final for me though

I have no idea since i only play in pc. However method is that even ever you have your gun draw and suspect is running, you need to point you gun at the long enough so that circle get's full and you arrest them. In this way you can actually arrest few people without killing them.

you just aim with LT until the reticle is full just make sure the suspect isnt far away or it will reset

You can be scolded almost every case with exception of first detective case (There is different ending dialogue however depending how many evidence/What evidence you find) and the cases where you are doom to be promoted.
