I got a SAR USA B6C a couple of months ago and it did not disappoint. Only downside is no decocker but not a deal breaker. SAR makes good guns. That's a very nice looking piece.

I have the stainless steel version, it uses Mec gar cz-75 b 19rd mags just fine. I had the factory safety switched with a tanfoglio extended ambi safety for steel frame pistols and works but had to modified a little to fit, but the safety now can only be used when the hammer is fully cocked just like the CZ 75b.

Nice video! I saw these in my local gun shop last week and the only videos I could find were in the Mega, which has different grips on it. The shop also had the P8L in both stainless and matte black. Cool version of the gun with slide cuts and a flat top slide. After watching your video, I’m going to have to see if they still have them and do a video on it.

They’re both really nice shooters, I’d probably give the edge to the P8S though. Being my first ported pistol, I was surprised by how much difference the ports make.

Didn’t have any plans for it since it’s a pretty straight forward procedure and KZbin gets a little stupid and sometimes dings those as “building” a firearm.

The SAR K11 sold in Turkey and Asia has a safety that works the other way around like the safety switch of a Beretta 92, way down for "safe" and up for "fire".

That’s going to depend on who is even making sights for them. My favorite sight picture is the XS Sights DXT2.

Comes with mecgar mags who makes the magazines for the CZ75 and they are interchangeable

CZ? I don’t think so, the grips were based on the Tanfoglio. Call them and they should be able to get you squared away.

I like that you showed the holsters that would work. Tanfoglio Stock3 doesn't work in a CZ Shadow2 holster, CZ clones are funny that way.

Yea, my experience is the trigger guard is what makes or breaks an off label use of a holster. My P80s won't fit in a Glock holster because of it.

I picked up a b6 yesterday at my lgs for 320. Probably going to pick up a 2000 when that stimmy hits haha. The b6 is the same thing. Just a poly lower. Shot it this morning. I loved it. I’ve never owned a 75 clone/variant and I can see why people love them.

@@OBNXS1 well the G2C came back from Taurus and I went to the gun shop looking for the Sar 2000 but I found a Sar K2 45C and since I didn't owned a .45 acp I bought it. I am very impressed with the quality of the Sar K2. Now I need to figure out how to swap the front sight for a fiber optic one. Not a lot of aftermarket parts. I might have to mill the slide or something.

I want them to come out with a compact version of the SAR 9X Platinum. I like the fact that I can mount light/laster combo on it. You can't on this one. Platinum has more to it, like the fact you can mount swampfox with no troubles.

This is no reflection on the reviewer and I'll be posting this at a couple of other reviewer's sites as well. Guy’s whose reviews I respect. They probably reviewed 2000 models made prior to the late 2021 model of my experience. The factory recoil-spring was too light with cases ejecting 15’from the slide: 115 gr. JHP loads chrono'd at 1139 FPS (131 Power Factor). The sight rib was incorrectly machined at an angle on one side. The opposite side was machined correctly, and was vertical. The trigger-return spring broke at around 400 rounds fired. First time that’s ever happened to me with over 40 years of handgunning experience! The heavy hammer spring made the DA trigger pull impractical for first shot firing, which can be done with the hammer at the half-cock position, which I like, and is reminiscent of CZ pistols with decockers. And, oh yeah, both factory magazines fail to lock the slide back after last round fired. Obviously, Sarsilmaz bought a large lot of poor quality springs, if they’re not made in-house. So far I’m out $50+ on replacement springs and the magazine springs still need to be replaced. Luckily, Galloway Precision has a really excellent spring kit for $25. I highly recommend it! Although listed for the B6, CM9, K2-45 and K-12 Sport models, they all use the same exact parts including the 2000 models. Greatly improves the trigger pull in double-action and lightens the single-action, which was okay as it came and better now. For recoil springs I recommend those made for the CZ SP01 or CZ 75B - NOT the Tanfoglio Witness which uses a smaller DIA. guide rod - and at 14 or 15# for standard pressure loads with a heavier 16 or 17# for +P loads: From Wolff or BHSS. For extra-power magazine springs, order those for the CZ-75B from Wolff. In the future I’ll be buying Mec-Gar magazines made FOR THE CZ 75b. All labor was provided by yours truly, including hand-filing the improperly cut sight rib. If you order/purchase the black model and need to correct the sight rib, if necessary, you'll have to have the entire slide refinished, or left ugly. The Stainless model I’m working on can be bead blasted back to original finish. SAR USA Customer service is Disappointing to say the least. The Sarsilmaz ad-hype about their factory being ISO-9001 rated and NATO spec . . . leaves you to wonder who’s doing the inspecting! This is really a shame because these pistols have plenty of potential and are accurate shooters. I did a 1-star review at the SAR USA site earlier today and it got deleted within 5 minutes. Too bad they don’t put forth the same type of effort when it comes to quality assurance!

I got these in spring 2020, right before the world went to shit. While I’m sure they’ve had the same issues the rest of the world has had, what I saw at SHOT Show this year makes me question the direction they’re heading. I thought they were being proactive and working to build the brand the right way, but I lost lost my contact there and then I saw them go the blitz marketing route at SHOT. I’m sure they’ll all make a bunch of money but I don’t think CS is gonna be a priority for them.

Nice SarZ 75B you got there! It sucks that it doesn't use the same grips or mags. Well, maybe not the mags considering how much they can cost, especially if the Sar mags are cheaper. There are some really nice grips on the market for the CZ though.

MecGar 17 round CZ mags work, and most Tanfoglio grips supposedly work as well, being what the gun is based on.

@@OBNXS1 I have the SAR HAWK, which was rebranded as the Mega and now 2000, and the SAR P8S. Lok grips, located in Dorr Michigan produces grips that will fit these pistols. Search the Tanfoglio grips and the notes indicate that they fit these pistols as well. You will have to do some minor filling to get them to fit. Fantastic grips, everyone that has shot my SAR HAWK comments on the grips. I highly recommend them, now if I could just find some replacement front sights for these pistols.
