I’ve tried like 40 videos these seem to don’t work. Anything that is red or yellow is green on my tv.

My ATEM extreme from BlackMagic doesn’t give all of these options when opening up preferences of the video capture device. Am I missing a setting somewhere to enable custom settings for each device or something? Thanks

Likely a limitation of the capture card itself. I'm not familiar with that model.

I use a generic capture card and the video format can only be set to MPJPEG all the colors look really messed up red looks like orange, and purple looks like blue. Can anyone help me fix this colors to my match exactly how it looks on my monitor.

If you are using MJPEG then the "Color Range" drop down needs to be set to "Full" and "Color Space" Should be Rec.709 as shown in the video. This is assuming that the source is a 4:4:4 or XRGB source. If the source isn't 4:4:4 then MJPEG/Full won't look right. What is the source? Console, PC?

@@Mythic14_ Need to lookup what the color space of the console you are using is, then set OBS to match it. Unless MJPEG is the ONLY option, in which case yeah, colors will be mismatched if the card you have can only operate there.

@@ShvokI mostly use a switch and try to mix and match the color settings, like on OBS I will put the color range to full and on the switch I set it to limited. The capture card can only do MJPEG. I have tried everything but just can’t get the colors to look right. Especially red and purple. KZbin doesn’t really help with what I’m trying to do so it’s hard to find a solution.

@@Mythic14_ If it can only do MJPEG then stick to Rec.709, and Full. Limited is not the correct color format for MJPEG. As for the other issues, I am not sure. Might just be the card itself.
