Hi Awall, this is a good starting point to sync.TIP: You might want to make a much longer recording where you clap your hands multiple times. If you than play the recording using VLC you can change the audio/video sync during playback with the 'J' and 'K'-keys. And, that's the benifit, it will display the delay in ms in the right hand corner. Once you have achieved sync, copy the value into OBS advanced audio properties.

Thank you so much, this helped. (For whom is interested: I think, the monitoring is not "not reliable", but it takes the signal before processing. So monitoring to a virtual cable and putting this virtual cable to Zoom won't have the delay effect for Zoom.)

Thanks that worked well. Now the sound is good, but there is a kind of low or deep echo after I speak. Almost like feedback from the mic. I'm sitting about 3 or 4 feet away from the external mic mounted on a Canon M50 Mark 2. I noticed you have the sound pads on the back wall. Might I just need that or are there some adjustments I can make in OBS or in my camera, if you know that particular model.

I have a very important question when you're using your interface and recording on your camera to eventually sync that up to make a complete video do you think it's best to just let the audio interface run without stopping it, because a lot of times I have to I have to pause my camera to get something go back or whatever should I just let it run through doing the things that I'm doing so that when I go to in and edit I can just be able to cut those out instead of trying to link up multiple stops in the interface. Thanks! Audio and video are synced. Now I just have to learn how to do Facebook Lives with OBS. I first tried using Streamyard to do Facebook lives but could not find a way to correct out of sync audio and video. Customer support wasn't much help. Plus my video looked horrible on Streamyard, looks way better on OBS.

I have a question: I opened blue stacks, playing Bigo Live app and using OBS to record it and stream to twitch… Will I always have to change the number of stream offset? (It seems that the number of delay may not be the same every time) As my internet speed varies, making a video of broadcaster to some times goes slower than the voice, or sometimes, the video just rushes or goes with unconstant speed. Some times, with my internet speed from router being well, adjusting both desktop audio and mic/aux to be 0 ms makes everything in sync. Some times, internet just goes so bad, making desktop’s delay become 5000ms and mic/aux become 0ms makes the video…some times, voice comes before video and some times, video comes too early to the voice.
