Thank you for tagging my DOS gameplay @yopachi in the comments! A few things to note: The Amiga and Atari ST versions had no level music. Atarti ST was the original version and the DOS version was converted by Frédérick Raynal, creator of Alone in the Dark.

I knew Mine Runner on the Apple IIe version (Load Runner), appart for the sound, the graphics looks like a lot the same. I remember it was really fun.

See, the difference between any Lode Runner and Mine Runner is that Mine Runner can actually be played in simultaneous multiplayer. :)

Heck yeah, "Enemy"! I bought this very late in my Amiga phase and really liked it a lot! A pity it came out so late, otherwise it would have been very well received and sold a lot.

These games look great. There are probably 10 000 games over the last 50 years that are hidden gems, to be excavated in the next 100 years, if they are not forever lost already.

Mine Runner - I could be mistaken, but I think I only had a limited shareware version of this. I remember I had some other Amiga clone of Lode Runner, but it never worked properly. Vektor Storm - I had a pirated copy of this. I had followed a magazine article to mod an Atari trackball to function as an Amiga mouse (it could also be switched back to normal), and I used to use that to play this game. It wasn't as good as a spinner control, but it was better than the mouse.

Alpha waves is an incredible achievement 4 years before Jumping Flash. I don’t speak German but I do know a German person I can annoy with screenshots I want translated at 3AM? Enemy: ToV looks fantastic! I was wondering why I’d never heard of it until you said 1997. Definitely one to check out. Good grief! Monsters of terror is not one for people with photo sensitive epilepsy! Speaking of Elf, would you consider a worst Amiga/C64 games when you have the time? Vector Storm is one I’ve played & loved. Highly recommended for Tempest fans. Some games for me to check out for the first time, thanks. This does look like a hell of a list.

Yeah, many of those really obscure games were either PD or released after Commodore ceased to exist in the form we were accustomed to. Elf is not the worst on the Amiga, Pro Soccer 2190 is. And I will fight to defend that notion for as long as I can stand. I could make the worst C64 game video, but I'd have to do quite a lot of research and go through quite a few baddies as honestly I can't even think of one.

Sword of Aragon is an amazing game. I have an unknown number of hours playing it. I would still play it today as it has a playability to it that stll rivals strategy games today, i feel. The graphic might not be great but it plays well. There are a few instances of bad AI, but that aside, its a great game.

I thought Enemy: Tempest of Violence looked like Prince of Persia but more polished. Then I saw the jumping. :P Does look good though. Cheers for the epilepsy warning >:D

The strange jumping makes sense in the game's universe because it takes place on spaceships where there is simulated, but nevertheless low, gravity.

It's funny that looking for a name for a fantastic kingdom they ended up choosing Aragon, the name of a real kingdom (and a current autonomous community) of Spain. I imagine that it will sound exotic but surely some Spaniard ended up playing it because of the title thinking that it was something of a historical nature 😆
