As aesthetically pleasing as it could look like on the pics, cherry tomatoes are a hit or miss because if they're fresh they taste good in. You know. A salad but it's just there on random dishes that don't compliment them well. So your tomato rage is justified.

Oh! On the real life Pokemon gym, i think you should do a video on real life pokemon attractions. There was a short lived Pokemon Theme Park in Japan I heard of that had a Rayquaza roller coaster AND a shiny Spinda on one of the themed flatrides! But that too is defunct.

I was a kid in the late 90s when the Pokemon boom was really going, so watching this made me really nostalgic. Weird that you mentioned Poliwhirl because that made me remember that Poliwhirl was EVERYWHERE on early Pokemon merch for some reason, so much so that I was surprised to learn Poliwag existed and was a pre-evolution. I think they just wanted a dark blue Pokemon to advertise since Squirtle was light blue and Poliwhirl looked cooler than Poliwag but cuter than Poliwrath? Also I remember the Pokemon fruit gummies released around the second movie that had Lugia!

The Alolan Vulpic Hot Coco is actually in a Pokémon themed cook book iirc. My girlfriend got one for her birthday and we’ve really wanted to make some of the things but keep forgetting to go out and get the necessary ingredients. My favorite one in the book was a charizard curry and I want to have that so badly (unfortunately I gotta cook that one on my own time since my girlfriend hates spicy food 🤤)

I do own the official Pokémon Cookbook and there's a spicy Spaghetti Charizard in there. Though there is no cocoa or (there is a Relicanth chocolate malt instead). Lots of other sweet drinks though. Maybe this is part of 'my first Pokémon Cookbook' which is mostly basic stuff for kids and not something for homecooks with somewhat experience.

American Pokémon merch from the 90s/early 00s always seems to have the randomest Pokémon. Like on the Eggo box, who tf's favorite Pokémon is Elekid?? It's like they just had no idea which Pokémon were popular so they just picked anything. It's kind of nice though, I wish we would get more merch/promos with obscure Pokémon and not just slap Pikachu's face on everything.

So I went to the Pokemon Cafe in Tokyo last month. Two things: 1. I ordered the Snorlax dish and it does come with a full as tomato. 2. No joke, if you go out the wrong door you do end up in office buildings. One sec the wall has Koraidon/Miraidon and then boom. Japanese business men If you ever do a sequel and need pictures, I took pictures of everything I ate there (and I ordered a lot because it all looked so cute). You can get latte art of any Pokemon gens 1-5. All drinks come with a free coaster and there is a special shop you can only go to if you have reservations
