The green of new rice fields is one of the most beautiful colours in the world. I remember the first time I saw it in Laos, I could barely believe it was real. 🥰 You are right. Sometimes you just have to stop and soak it in. 🤗 BTW, beautiful drone footage. 👍

Another outstanding video Todd!. You and I agree on the way to travel. The journey is as important, if not more so, than the destination. When the wife and I travel in our RV we follow the hood ornament, no schedule, no reservations, just a general destination. I just purchased a senior GPS for the RV. It gives me excellent directions to my destination and then when I arrive it tells me why I came!
@NowinLao4 жыл бұрын

Hello Todd and Neenee,,This was another superb video. Great village! Thanks alot buddy..I skipped dinner tonight and you were sticking delicious looking sandwiches and sausage in my face. That sammie looked heavenly. Now I'm craving soft,crusty, light French style bread with meat,,and a crispy cold coke. Once again,our brains were in sync. That bridge caught my eye immediately. That was one hell of a stout built suspension bridge. I too was wondering how many tons of concrete those cables were attached to. Then the tradish house with the giggling boy. I could live in a place like that. Could use a bit of repair,,but that's what the pile of lumber underneath was for. Some of those floor joists had a good bit of sag going on,,but relatively easy to repair. Even with the super muddy river flowing through,,that green velvet valley was stunningly beautiful. You guys travel exactly like my Dad learned to travel,and was passed down by both of them to me,,,you stop,you look, you feel, you smell, you absorb new places you travel to or through. In the west,,highway engineers have made that harder to do,,but it's still possible,,if you put out a little effort. I used to ,for 6 years did a 70 mile round trip,,5 times a day,,6 days a week,,when you add it up,,I traveled that road round trip between 8 and 9000 times,,double that if you count each way separately. After all those trips,,I still loved doing it. There were ,different lights on scenes,,sunrises and sunsets,,animals ,,colors. I think you're the same way,,you appreciate the beauty that is before you. Thanks Todd, for the video.. be careful Ttyl,,,Marlon
