This was like an hour long stand up special - Brooke please get on a stage and talk about quaker school for an hour

In 100% absolute seriousness Brooke you have GOT to write a show based on your growing up in a Quaker school. We need more.

Hey Brooke, as an influencer and one of the top followed people on Goodreads, I think it is simply your duty to buy and try the pocket sized kindle so that you can review it for us. This way may possibly make it a tax write off as well since you were reviewing it for work. We simply need to know, is this something we should be obsessed with? and only you are the girl that can tell us if it is worth it or not. Hope this helps convince you to get it! :)

Agree 1000%, also already bought it bc of this video but still support this take

I am curious…how is this different from downloading the kindle app on your phone??
@ChicSabrina3 ай бұрын
@@corinnacoulton3969 tbh I'm not sure, but if you're already using the kindle app on your phone, I'd probably save the money and just keep doing what you're doing. the only reasons I can think of are maybe if you have a low storage amount on your phone, or if someone wanted less phone screen time but didn't mind kindle screen time and wants that divide to be off their phone.

Brooke you actually need that Pocket Sized Kindle. Your long-term goal of having your own book club so it only makes sense that you should have the latest reading technologies. You need to establish yourself as a leader of the bookfluencer space and this is the perfect way to do that - think of all the content you can create around it. Just a smart business move the way I see it

The way that Brooke is obsessed with everything that I have in the back corners of my mind that I don't even know about until she talks about
@eviehoward42536 ай бұрын
I didn’t go to Quaker school but I DID go to Classical school and every time you talk about your school it gives me acid flashbacks to equally-traumatizing-but-in-different-ways things from my schooling growing up! So thanks for that! I forgot we made gnome homes during our daily 2hr recess and learned the constitution, Declaration of Independence, and gettysburg address in Latin & Greek and I’m soooooo glad I remembered

That’s so interesting ! The first time I made the connection between the little guy on the Quaker oats and Quakerism being a religious branch is when Jessica Kellgren-Fozard talked years ago about being raised Quaker. She explained that from a very young age she knew she was gay and everybody at her school knew too and it wasn’t a big deal because of the philosophy implemented in her community.

Alrighty my sweet Brooke.. reason #1: mini tablets gonna bring immense joy just simply because it is a mini object. 2: TRAVEL 👏🏻 leave kindle at home bring the mini! 3: you always need a back up version of your favorite thing. If it breaks you must have an immediate replacement. 4: As one of the top followed on goodreads you absolutely need to be the followers fearless leader into this new endeavor and make sure it’s safe for your fellow readers. 5: having pocket access allows for hands free capability aka more hands to hold snacks/a binkie perchance? 6: You can probably write it off on your taxes 🤷🏼♀️ 7: As a fellow commenter mentioned - you must be up to date in all book technology as an aspiring book club leader! 8: YOU DESERVE IT ❤

As a recent Friend Central alum, I want you to know I know the exact Lit teacher ur referencing and want you to know he is just as much of a pushover but infinitely more bitter- genuinely nobody would EVER wish to be within 10 ft of him. He constantly would release senior Lit classes for a multitude of reasons but most were along the lines of you guys are just the worst. He is a notorious creep and people pray to NOT have him as a teacher because of how uncomfortable and awkward he can make things.
