I'm Indian and I do not live in India now. I moved out. I can see a big change in culture in India since past 5 years. The main problems in India today are: 1. Society blindly supporting women and shaming men. 2. Radical feminism 3. Parents of girls are teaching their daughters to become very ambitious, independent and career oriented. But they do not teach them how to be a good and responsible wife. 4. Weak and beta males in India. Why are the men in India not able to take a stand against feminism? 5. There is a big trend in India these days where men are supporting feminism and shaming other men.

In some states in USA you also have to pay alimony to wife, despite the fact that your wife committed adultery. And in India, the courts refuse to accept DNA tests as paternity evidence, they presume that if you were married to a woman and you had physical access to her, the child is yours. So you can end up paying child support even if the child is not yours. No DNA test if there is no proof of adultery: Supreme Court

One thing from this case learn - Once cheater is always a cheater Once you caught them, use family settlement agreemnt to pass the time to pepare for divorce.. Once trust gone , husband must ready for divorce with the help of lawyer creating family trust excluding wife etc and plan how and what he will do at the time of divorce proceedings If wife corrected her self and end all affairs its well and good but if not it is always better to be ready before she act

Adultery has been decriminalised. But govt should make a clear cut laws, if any spouse is found indulging in such activities, divorce should be immediately granted without any alimony. Breach of trust and contract between spouses in marriage should not be awarded with alimony.

If a woman is not willing to bear your children without a legal contract, she is the one who doesn't love you unconditionally. Don't let her shame you into thinking otherwise. It's a trap. Child support is another trap if you may not be aware. Our legal system just aping the west. So for now it may be true that child support is reasonable in most cases but that iss also going to change soon and become like it is in usa. Recently an Indian court ordered a husband to deposit 50 lakh for the marriage of a grown up adult daughter who is earning and living in London, while there is no such payment for sons.
