there are thousands of personal injury cases relating to excessive stress and bullying in England and Ireland, the law seems quite similar in each jurisdiction. an employee must be diagnosed with a recognised psychiatric illness to bring such a claim, it must also have been foreseeable by the employer, it obivously must have been caused in the workplace, the bar does seem very high alright, well done Terry loves the videos most helpful, have you ever considered teaching A course in employment law, an accredited one? Top Man.
