Also gotta say Anxiety and OCD seems to go hand in hand. At least for me it does 🦋

Great explanation Jen U are a legend. I said it in another vlog, you should be employed by professional organisations you could teach them soo much. Can’t get enough of your vlogs since I found them.

Thanks Jen I am diagnosed ocd and I have a thing with 4’s and I constantly rearrange things around. If it’s not a perfect fit or too cluttered I tend to have anxiety and I start to shut down with it. I struggle daily due to this problem and I am exhausted constantly thinking about it. It’s so hard to explain to people why I am the way I am but thank you for this.

"I'm no doctor, I'm just someone who has had OCD for a long time..." I think that makes you a much more qualified person to make a video like this!

My nephew has this issue with strangers, thinking if he doesn't act, something bad will happen to them. This is mainly an issue when he is driving or about to drive. It's awfully aggravating for him. He's such a wonderful and caring person, bit he really suffers from OCD. He pretty much has the germ OCD under control most of the time. I'm super concerned with him in the age of the Coronavirus.
