The bit where you said remembering how in the past you enjoyed this stuff so why aren't you now...yeah I can relate to that. Anxiety and irrational thought are a bitch, the rational part of us knows things are fine there's no reason not to still love what we use to love, but that anxiety moment can bring doubts that aren't needed. So important to try and break the cycle and live life in perspective even if feeling anxious.
