Interference colours are my favourites! A dark blue base with Interference blue over...so spacelike! Dark red with the Interference red over it...wow! So fun to play with. So beautiful and I agree, unmolding is the best bit of the day.

beautiful wave coasters Louise, I love them. I actually carry those wave molds in my shop. They are fun to play with adding textures in the grooves. Like tiny little glass pieces or tiny little glass beads. I have so many textures in my shop.

Hi, I just love your videos! These coasters are so beautiful! I’m new to resin and wanted to give this a try. I definitely need more practice! Lol!) I didn’t have the interference but used white and some white glitter for the clouds. Can you tell me why my coasters are not shiny on the top side which was facing down in the mold?

I have a question for you Louise...I bought the molds and created some coasters (inspired by you), but once they were cured, I noticed that since they have a wave shape, they are not level for using as a coaster. The waves are different heights so a cup or glass won't sit level on them. Did you have the same issue? They are beautiful but cannot be used as a coaster for the intended purpose...at least mine cannot.

Just studying it but I don't see the link that you have for these textured coaster molds on Amazon. One girl did find something on Ali express but they looked like they were a lot smaller than the 1 that you are using here. Your coaster mold here and this video looks like it's 6 or 7 maybe even 8 or 10" in diameter do you happen to have the link again that you could provide for Amazon that was similar please and thank you.?

Hi Susan, I couldn’t find these ones on Amazon but I think the Ali Express link was correct. These coasters were about 5” sometimes the camera can be deceptive. I will say though, since filming this I have found that they are not as stable as I would like them to be for coasters. I think these moulds were designed for the catering industry.

My thought was not to use them for coasters anyway, I was just looking for the design of the ocean wave to kind of cheat and pour them and then put them into something else as background in layers. So since those are only the 5" that will work. I love watching all of your videos, you've inspired me...
