Vincent cassel just said in a french interview he was so intimidated when he got the part but was so eager to show this hollywood cast what he could bring to the table and Clooney got him so comfortable so he showed Capoeira to Soderbergh in a hotel room and gave him a dvd collection with short films of his friends from Paris that had this song in it (they are also the artists who produced it). Soderbergh was fascinated and imagined this whole scene in a few days then told Vincent "Oh and I'm gonna put your friends song in the scene aswell". This makes it even more iconic since all of it was improvised after they made the final script!

1 - Vincent Cassel fights Capoeira (A Brazilian martial art) and showed do the director in the hotel. (And yes, Vincent did the scene without stuntmans). 2 - He showed a DVD with the music to the director. 3 - The director was fascinated with the mix of dance and fight of the Brazilian martial art and the music and created the robbering scene after the script was done as a gift to Vincent Cassel 4 - I thing that Vincent Cassel was intimidated by the role and tried to show their skills to the director. (And sorry. English is not my native language but I use punctuation)

Vincent Casell as Victor Chevalier for Tekken 8: "I’ve discovered Tekken in the 1990s and I’ve really started picking it up when Eddy Gordo was introduced. He was doing capoeira and back then, so did I, so I was only playing with him,” said Cassel. “What I like about Victor Chevalier is the fact that it’s a French character in such an internationally known game. In addition to that he is very sophisticated and promotes, through how he is and how he dresses, a certain idea of the French elegance. This, and the fact that I had been called to voice Victor lead me to be interested in the character."-Vincent Cassel

@@Saladon89 I think Toulour's biggest strength is also his weakness. His ego and narcissism. If he worked with a team he would have easily dominated. Danny Ocean isn't afraid to admit he's not perfect, hence takes more pragmatic approach with a reliable team. There's talks of another Ocean movie with the original characters back. Perhaps Toulour joins the team there. It would be great to watch.

Imagine this scene again: there is no visible laser lights, he is just standing at the beginning of that hall, he puts the music he does the cross and he starts to dance in an empty hall, after 7 seconds later lens changes to infrared and lasers goes visible and he is doing exactly the right movements Too much?

Nathan Jacobson Normally I don't reply to replies as unlike most of you I lead a busy life. But since I'm in bed with a cold. I'll play with ya Grammar Garry. So 1st off you do realize this is YT NOT a literary society forum. Mein Gott you grammer types are a joke you have nothing to say so you find the tiniest thing to put down a person like a spiteful CHILD.. 2nd this is a scene for the movie is it not? So then I assumed we were discussing it. As you 2 are NOT the ones who made that remark you have NO idea what he meant..What you guys psychics haha! Point is like YOUR buddy on top you, don't take things so LITERAL. Btw English is my 2nd of 3 languages I'm fluent in. How many do you speak? Its obvious to me, but humor me. :)
