I thought I would be a bit uneasy being down there, but it is so large and there is so much air movement that I didn't feel claustrophobic at all.

Elevators in the Stratosphere, Las Vegas run at 1,800 ft/min..around 22 mph. They'll get one's attention..but, it gets you to the Big Shot, which is my dream machine..it's like riding a lawn chair shot off an air cannon, straight up. ..one hits 4 Gs going up..and go Negative Gs going down.

that's nuts... I need to give it a try

Absolutely enjoyed this video, but I have a question about the elevator speed math. If the elevator is going 25mph for 6 minutes, that's roughly covering a distance of 2.64mi or 4.2km. If you only went 1km in 6 minutes, that's an average speed of roughly 6.2mph or 2.8m/s......or am I missing something? I try to watch your videos during my lunch every day for general weather insight....many thanks!

I cannot imagine an elevator going 25 miles an hour, totally unsafe. And you're right that would take you a lot deeper than 1 km.
