I slept on it for a very long time as well but as soon I tried it all kinds of great ideas started to come out. I got at least 2 more ideas to share with the Octachainer coming soon!

You are missing out a huge (fun or usable) function, if you don't use the scenes. Set Scene A to your slice 1 on all tracks with the samplechains and Scene B to slice 16 (if that is the max you chose). Now you can program a pattern and use it or try out creative ideas on all 16 drummachines by moving the fader! 👍🙂

this video is very interessting and shows me how much advantages with look to sample management a TR8/6s has. once samples loaded the TR8/6s can change drum samples on the fly while turning a knob. 100's in 1 second. But on the other side i miss on tr's the conditional trig advantages and micro timings etc... the octatrack or other elektron maschines have.
