I clicked so fast ❤ this lady looks amazing for 56 😱 I’m more in to health and making my body my priority here on out. Turned 42 this year and started battling with undiagnosed low vitamin D, thought my body was going down. Now I’m on this health journey. Thank God it was just low vitamin D. But I’m 5”3 135lbs don’t work out, always mistaken for a teenager. Just looking forward to taking care myself more ❤️

You are blessed with the fountain of youth! Yes, Vit D can really take you down. Been there. Just be sure you're taking Vit D with K2 for better effectiveness. You're wealth is in your health especially when you're over 40 and are in that ERA of life...aka menopause! :)

​@@mariemercurius my suggestions are biotin supplements at least 5000 mcg, drink your water, jojoba oil to seel in moisture. and you can use a hair steamer to prevent breakage and help define you curls. also banish ALL products with silicones, mineral oil, or petroleum. of course we're protecting our hair and face from cotton pillowcases as well!

I hate when people say black don’t crazy. Explain that to the $800 worth of creams and serums I use everyday that prevent me from “cracking.” Plenty of black people out here looking old as hell. What you put in and on your body makes a difference.

​​​@@Cantthinkofwhatshouldgohere Let's be real some people have a healthy lifestyle and still look their age and older. Usually those people are not Black. Black don't crack means that we ( the vast majority of us... exceptions exist everywhere,) clearly have a genetic advantage when it comes to skin aging but obviously like everything genetic also has limits. If you smoke, drink often, eat crappy food, use drugs, stress all the time....obviously it will impact your skin. But that's not what Black don't crack means. It just means that we are born with an advantage and it's up to each one of use to live a life that helps maintain it or destroy it. And you can choose an expensive routine if you choose to but a cheap, smart and simple one also works fine unless you have specific skin issues.... I am French and Congolese. In Congo black people look much younger with their simple and cheap skin routine than white French people who use expensive routine and treatments. And most have a relatively healthy lifestyle and eat healthy too. Thankfully junk food is not a thing there....yet.

Channel is fairly new so we trying things but 56, my main focus is on health/wellness, conscious/sustainable living and some menopause talk as I've been pos menopause for 2 years and had a pretty good experience as far as symptoms are concerned. I attribute that to lifestyle. 😊. Thanks for the content ideas. Will work on some kids around them.
