I've seen Shinchan making this once... He was so happy and excited, everyone in his family including Shiro were sooooo full, but still he continued making it and didn't stop... That day there was "Takoyaki Overload" in their family 😅😅 And yes you are correct, there is a South Indian dish called "Appam" (if I'm not wrong) which looks similar and is made similarly. I enjoyed a lot 😍

In 6:33, you were enquiring about the South Indian food that looks like Takoyaki. Yes we do have a food that looks like Takoyaki. In Kannada language (which is my mother tongue), the food is called "Paddu". The only difference between both food is that Paddu is more like a mini idli. Basically there's no filings inside it. There is not about where to use. We use both equally. it's about how to use them. For example, there is a kanji"食" you can say　今、食べます。(I eat now) in this sentence 食 is kun reading you can also say. 朝食はなんです？(what is (today's) breakfast?) n this sentence 食 is on reading. in both sentences, 食 means "eat" but the word is different. You have to memorize how to use the kanji with examples and idioms.

The takoyaki pan remembered paniyarakal to me.we make paniyaram(South Indian food made with dosa flour and veggies) yaad agaya.Mujhe bhi pasand hai.aur mayo didi ki ye pan square shape mein hain.lekin shinchan mein it was a round shaped pan and looks exactly like paniyarakkal.

Now a days it is advertized that eating non veg is cool and modern. all the advertizements show it very appealing and cool. and also it is billion dollar industry . People now a days are controlled by their extra large tounge and overactive tastebuds they find nothing wrong in killing somone for their food despite of availability of tremendous amount of veg items

@@physicsisawesome99 You need to visit an Indian slaughterhouse to see how the animals are butchered. You'll think twice before eating any kind of meat. I took one of my carnivore friends to a slaughterhouse, he actually threw up as soon as he came out and gave up eating meat lol.
