Pendulum monsters, unlike the other monsters, are sent to the extra deck instead of the graveyard when destroyed. Also, Odd-Eyes Venom Dragon is also a fusion monster so it's suppose to be in the extra deck. Plus, as long as you have the requirements, you can pendulum summon your Pendulum monsters from your extra deck except Fusion, Synchro, XYZ and Link, over and over.
