The Swedish Sherman is a Rank 3 Premium Medium tank named the Sherman III/IV in War Thunder. It's a really basic tank but that doesn't mean it's not formidable. This makes it the fastest 75mm Sherman in the game but the only drawback being it has an early turret that's basically made out of play-doh.
The Sherman III/IV is an M4A3 hull with an M4A1 Turret stuck on top. Sweden had a few Sherman's lying around and this is the option they went with. It's a strange choice of premium given Sweden has an eclectic collection of weird and wonderful tanks at their disposal but I guess this is fine! :)

If there's one random vehicle I'd love to see in the game is the ADGZ, an armored car made by Austria. It does have two different main armaments, a 20mm KwK 35 autocannon or a 45mm wz. 1932 tank gun (In the same turret as the 1933 model year of the T-26). With the secondary armaments being either three MG 34s or two MG 34s and one DT machine gun.

No its a bug that's been in the game ever since vehicles were added... to an airplane game. Usually its an artifact of client server desync lag. The client (still) doesn't know that even if its getting gibberish from the game server, tanks should not be rendered sailing across the sky. You know, stuff other games solved back in 1999.

Fun fact, i have no idea why and how but when you hit the ammo on the btr-152 without blowing it up, just breaking it, the btr just starts flying. It happened to me 2 times in about 5 games, one of them being on the map in the intro

First tank I aced - with an aced crew it is such a good tank. Fast reload and decent shell, enemies definitely don't expect it. Has a decent amount of survivability too if you aren't showing you side to enemies.

The top lineup is that Swedish 3.7 one. The Panzer IV, T-34, Sherman, L-62, Pvkv III, Sav and the Mustang David. It is a very lethal group, I just wish like you the SAV was a higher tier.

That flying thingy it's been a thing since a couple weeks ago. It's a bug where your ammo and your gunner get destroyed at the same time but idk how it produces that strange bounce. I even flipped upside down from this (It was hillarious)

I have had several of my AA vehicles do multiple barrel rolls while airborne when this happens. I also saw it happen on a youtube video to the KV-2, can't remember which channel it was though as I watch several.. perhaps BoTime Gaming as I remember the video having lots of shenanigans..

After getting slaughtered for two weeks straight at BR 8.0, I bought this thing out of desperation to have fun in War Thunder again. It has since given me some of the greatest games I've ever seen, and has warranted me insane amounts of SL. It is an absolute blast to play at its BR, along with having the T-34 and Panzer 4 as back-up if all else fails! :] Also, you can penetrate M4A2/A3 hulls frontally with the 75mm M3 using M61 shot. Aim right where the Upper Glacis and Transmission Housing meets, as it is only 63.5mm effective thickness there. Otherwise, good ole' turret or hull machine gun shot will do.

It's the best psherman in game - strongest + a raliable turret + no radio attena to give you away. All 3.7 shermans either have to deal with a funky turret or a hull full of round corners or flat plates. All at the cost of a 50 cal.

The abandoned warehouse snow map is fun and scary cause i was an m4a2 sherman and i was stuck between a m18 another m4a2 m4 and panzer 4 f2 and hmyoud think id be massacred, i jad the Oddbawz luck, i was able to take out the PZiv F2 m4a2 m18 was killed by someone else and holy cow was i relieved when it was all over, i was stuck in between 5 enenies but war thudner god and and Oddbawz luck saved me and yet that battle for survival is rewarding and gives you that dopamine rush

Watching this got me thinking: which base Sherman is overall the best to play as in War thunder? (By base, I mean that no Jumbo, Super Sherman, M6, Firefly, 105 Sherman, etc. Just the short 75mm cannon using, base armoured, VVSS or HVSS using, either dry or wet ammo racked Shermans count. Yes, this includes the Caliope and the Ram as well, eventhough the Ram isn't a Sherman but the same idea on the base design on the base chassis basis so basically the same)

I think the m4a2 is the best variant of the 75 shermans, it has sloped front armor with no weakspots of the m4a1, m4a4, and m4. The swedish sherman is an m4a2 with a better engine (500 hp) with the .50 removed. It would be the best base sherman if it has the .50

This Sherman is invulnerable to other Sherman’s because all the other Sherman’s have MG ports but the Swedish one doesn’t have MG port so no frontal weak points meanwhile all the other Sherman’s have frontal weak points like the square driver, hatches on the M4A4 and the rounded bit on the M4A1 the MG port on the M4A2 and 3

Guys i logged out of my main account yesterday and signed into a different account right... and when i went back in to my main, everything was gone, The main account for 3 and a half years was completely deleted, all my vehicles were all set to reserve tier.
