While we're at it, the T55E1 needs remodeling - the entire front four wheels should turn like one big wheel (currently it steers like a Centauro). Also, speaking of Stuart SPGs, would the Yugoslavian "Stuart-Pak" (a 75mm Pak40 L/46 on a Stuart hull) fit best in the US tree (due to the hull), the German tree (the gun), or the Italian tree (the unofficial repository for minor Axis nations)? America did have an Archer-style TD in the form of the T44 GMC, which put a 57mm M1 on a 4x4 Jeep.

The SAPHE round for the 37mm is a light tanks worst nightmare. I one shot EBRs, Pumas, and Hellcats with it constantly.

I wonder how much pen that round would do without the HE filler penalty in the formula. Because the penalty is only half-realistic. Yes, filler did decrease shell integrity towards breaking apart on impact, but it did not directly reduce penetration. Rather, it reduced the critical impact velocity threshold of when breakups would occur. Only if the reduction put the round's actual firing velocity into critical velocity breakup range would it appear that HE filler is decreasing pen. And yes it goes w/o saying that if the Yak-9's 45mm gets a semihistorical APHE round, then so should all P-39s, P-63s, and other US 37-armed planes.

Fun fact - the entire front bogie of four wheels is supposed to turn as a unit, as if it was one big wheel. The current ingame model steers like a Centauro and thus does not steer as well as it should.

I wasn't sure at first regarding the upcoming T55E1 video since I am against the practice of gatekeeping content. But it will most likely return in that Battlepass Box they added, although it is RNG sadly. How about a Statement on this, I think gambling for past vehicles just isn't it currently, especially with the duplicate drops in boxes. I spent like 800 real bucks on the travel suitcase just for the Ka-Chi but could not get it still. That is a 2.0 starter tank!

Yeah...I do wish the game didn't rush forward into modern crap like it did. The gameplay was not suited for it then, and it still isn't now. We have dozens upon dozens of weird and funny WW2/early-postwar designs to add. Even some later stuff that's comparable in capability (such as the Ikv 72, PT-76, ASU-57 that we already have). More still if we account for realistic things which were built as mockups or partially built but not completed.

When I last flew the 185 years ago it felt absolutely nuts in its engine performance. Rocketing up to altitude to about 4k, and only being not great in the rudder in dives. When I played it more recently they fixed the rudder, yet I could not fathom why it went down in BR so much. Everything about it has been buffed all to hell - guns, rudder, turning. I can only guess the laughably undertiered US superprops are pushing it down.

it's fairly easy, because for ps4 graphics atleast the addon armor on the front has more of a reflection rather than the normal armor on a T-34, so if it's shiny it's usually an E

Lots of really skilled people playing the T20 to farm events over the years pushed up the stats to ridiculous levels. BR bot kept pushing it up in response. If all APCR was restoratively buffed in pen and especially postpen, the T20 would guaranteed go up further still. 230-248mm pen on a high-velocity round spalling as good as 17-pdr AP is nothing to joke around with.

a lot of ppl dont realize how pathetic the side armor is on the m6, some parts of the hull have sponsons for the ammo and some other things irrelevant to the game and the only thing keeping it safe is the 25mm skirt; you can die to 50 cals in this thing from the side or an unlucky overmatching shell from an insane angle

pro tip, drive in backwards that engine and transmission is a shell eater and overpressure dont work on it, believe me first hand, i shot this thing with a kv2 shell in the engine, nothing happend

I've been grinding this and honestly I'd rather have the 76mm. That first 2 shots happens all the time with this. Volumetric + German tanks + 90mm = gonna have a bad time. Also, checking in. American here. Can't remember how many guns I currentlt have but its well north of 10, including an M1 carbine, 1903 Springfield, and a Mosin Nagant. I like history...

Weird how so many machine guns in this game require no crew. But then something like French AA gets all its crew but Germans get 2. Then an M8 scout has a remote .50 turret but an LVT needs its crew to shoot the rear 30. CAL guns. Can this dev be freaken consistent? Model all crew for all vehicles my lord...
