Also, it looks like that spot would've been empty otherwise- why waste prime shelving when you can maximize your unused vertical storage. Edit: I do agree with it being off center, though.. 🫢

I guess I was just having a little fun. Personally, I ALWAYS have scrap lumber around (and never PVC- at least not that size) so when I have empty space and/or a storage need, I just throw up some shelving. To each their own. I have, however, genuinely developed into a stickler for center/level/uniform/what have you, that I'm guessing has just come with age and myriad projects along the way.

The idea is nice but the execution is sloppy and amateurish. There are much more elegant and aesthetic ways to connect all the pipes together. Definitely don't tie them with a strap and hang them on the wall.
