This is brilliant idea!! As math/programming person, this could be really helpful for music beginner. This is brute way of inventing music & is like finding random motif and then applying rhythm, harmony and other musical rules to make music which is very good for beginner. Thanks for this idea.

I like the idea behind using dice, doing something you've never done before. I even know someone who uses 4, 6, 8, 12, and 20 sided dice for music. But at the same time, I don't like it. Most of the results feel too random to me, I like having the harmonic structure and dice doesn't really do that. My most common progression is I IV V I, the one you mention. But I do use other progressions such as a i VI vamp in sharp minor keys. And sometimes I start off a piece with a diminished seventh chord. Also, I don't hear ambiguity to your vi ii I IV progression. It's really 2 separate plagal progressions and plagal can feel final as I feel it does in your progression.
