For 33 yrs I've followed the road in recovery, I knew that if I do the best I can, recovery will teach me how to find sanity and live life with gratitude, contentment and be humble & kind.

This is one of the best recovery audios I've listened to. Practical advice for addicts and seekers alike. Tom is an amazing being of Light.

Just left another drunkalog speaker meeting in my area, called my sponsor and came to listen to this. 👍

Try to give the drunkalog speakers a little grace. Not everyone is a good or experienced public speaker. Some are terrible at time management, some may not be good at sharing the solution because they don’t see it yet in their lives. I have to be able to say, they did their best at the moment based on their ability at that moment.💜☮️

@@dtschuor459I have trouble not judging when someone shares a drunkalog, but that’s probably because I used to do that and it’s easier to see it in other people than it is to see it in myself. Thank you for your reminder to extend grace and for sharing a different way of thinking about it. No one is more recovered than anyone else, and there is no right or wrong way to work the program.

Thank goodness. It's rare to hear someone talk about drinking again when everything is going better, not that the spiritual malady became too unbearable. Refreshing.

Somehow you're gonna be ok if you keep that desire to be ok alive
