there are certain things that consistently impress me about "susan media" videos. first, the composition of the videos is well thought through. second, you invest in equipment so that the produced videos are of good quality; one thing that i have noticed is that you seem to use stabilizers, of some sort, so that the image stays steady instead of bouncing around. 4k at 30fps seems like a good choice, it provides good resolution so that you can read street signs, &c. while you can record 4k at 60fps, the bandwidth requirements to stream at that rate are such that i suspect that not many viewers would be able to watch at that rate without encountering interruptions due to frame buffering. third, the videos have a "tour guide" nature, including route maps and captioning. one thing that i will say about this video is that it is a bit disturbing to have a health care facility located across the street from a cemetery (at 14:10). i'm not sure that is something that you would want to see when you are looking out of the window from your hospital room! a second comment is that the closed captioning got left out at the beginning of this video.
