I retired at age 53, so I am in my early 60s. Many of them resisted me because they couldn't understand the idea of not working if it wasn't necessary. I considered the phases of my life. I worked very hard to achieve what I have now, but in my last years, I owe it to myself to "stop and smell the roses." In my instance, I departed the nation after retiring and currently reside in Latin America. It made it possible for me to appreciate my new surroundings while escaping all the bad things that were going on in America. Nobody that I know of regrets retiring has done so.

The most depressing thing of all is that the points El-Erian raises are all common sense to those with their feet firmly planted on Terra Firma. As for Gordon Brown, I am from the UK and I can assure you he is not highly regarded on a number of counts and best known for being Blair's sidekick as number two and for losing the election under his leadership. His nadir as Chancellor of the Exchequor was announcing to the world that the UK was going to sell a large amount of its gold reserves. Even a halfwit would recognise the folly of 1) selling gold reserves 2) announcing your intentions to sell thereby guaranteeing a weak market.

Sweden took on 64% less pandemic debt than the UK, GDP was 69% higher, and far less people died. "Was Sweden right about Covid all along?" - Fraser Nelson (10 Mar 2023) The Telegraph.

Thanks for sharing this information. The K shaped recovery, which essentially highlights income inequality, has not gotten enough attention. In the coming months it will be unavoidable to all.

Transfer of wealth usually occur during market crash, so the more stocks drop, the more I buy, in the meanwhile I'm just focused on making better investments and earning more as recession fear increases, apparently there are strategies to 3x gains in this present market cos I read of someone that pulled a profit of $350k within 6months, and it would really help if you could make a video covering these strategies.

I came across your channel through this video-case studies are incredibly valuable, and I'm eager to see more in the future! Building wealth involves establishing routines, like consistently setting aside funds at regular intervals for smart investments.

It was stupid of me to sell $96,000 worth of NVDA stocks without reinvesting. (Buying bonds or CDs is not for me). I’d rather stay 100% cash, or are there any other investments that can 10x in 6 months? I have 200k ready to be reinvested

Thanks so much for sharing the excerpt from Walker's session with Mohamed El-Erian. It did leave me hungry to hear both his summaries and advice about solutions and so I went to the posted video and watched it in its entirety. Was really good - particularly loved the boxing story at the end. Thanks again. I found it here: kzbin.info/www/bejne/aJ6Qe3aCbsmSocksi=hlHuAksC8isGoERc

What are the best strategies to protect my portfolio? I've heard that a downturn will devastate the financial market, so I'm concerned about my $200k stock portfolio.
