how do you know witch model use, I saw a guy connect it to the batteries, another connect it to the solar panels

it depends what side you are protecting, ac or dc side but if you look on the midnite solar youtube channel there is a video explaining which model to use and how to wire it.

may i know which type of circuit breaker use for solar array ?

it depends on the size of your solar panels. I wouldnt use this type of breaker again as they are expensive. Instead i would use small HRC fuses. something like this: www.tlc-direct.co.uk/Products/MM10SA2.html The only benefit of these it that they act as a switch, so i can turn panels on and off easily although they are expensive.

One MAJOR FLAW in his design, he got no protection from the box to the wires. like strain relief or connectors!!
