@@natashabrauner8309 There is a rainforest in Canada, its just not a tropical rainforest, one area is called The Great Bear Rainforest. So while it is misleading, most people who are actually from the area don't say they "live in the rainforest", they just say they live in B.C. But these people enjoy misleading people so I get why you'd think that they meant a tropical rainforest.

The winter is the perfect time to do it too since there's zero risk of starting a forest fire. In the spring it will be too rainy and in the summer they will be too busy gardening and doing other stuff. I said earlier they should keep that fire pit going 24/7 outside until the place is clear. It could be many years until that forest around them is responsibly managed.

For quick heating. LASKO ceramic element. Just plug it the 12 volt. It has different temperature settings. It will heat your place up super fast. Way faster than the fire. It is good to get going until the fire builds up heat. Since you have solar. This will be a great addition. It's easy to tuck away. I've had mine for 3 years and it's still going. Absolutely safe.
