i've driven up mt walker it's steeper than it looks i wouldn't have the balls to attempt it in a jimny. it's a long way to roll.

I watched the Carwow wrangler, G waggon and jimny comparison, wrangler was the only one that failed! IN my opinion, I thought the little Jimny done rather well considering the money the others cost

They would have not even come close. The 70 Series has appalling flex, the Jimny no lockers.

@Dale explain to me how an unlocked Jimny is going to make it when a fully locked Rubicon on bigger wheel/tyre combo, with more suitable gearing really struggled. Please don't say, because it is a 'Jimny.'

Lame ending, you can't call the Jeep the winner by not giving a chance to the jimny and cruiser. The jimny would have gotten through due to its short wheelbase.

What a farce! Didn't even try the LC or Jimny, and probably both would've made it with competent drivers - it's not all about grip and power, momentum is needed too. Disappointing video yet again - cut short for unknown reasons rather than giving a full review and trial for each vehicle under test. Not the first time and I hope this isn't how things continue at CA!

I've been watching 4x4 videos for the last 10 years and I've had a few. i currently have a Jeep Wrangler JKU which I love. But believe me, the best all around vehicle ever is the Troopy.

WOW, we all just watched a 22 minuite Jeep advertisment. An obvious jeep biased review, gotta wonder how much jeep stuffed in the wranglers tiny tiny glove box before they set out on this. The jimny would have made it more effortlessly id say due to its weight, shorter wheel base and electonic brake lockers. I know because i have seen it done. A bit disapointed caradvice, not sure how credible all your reviews are from here on out.

The front axle of my Jeep Wrangler 2019 broke spontaneously at just 4000 km. The FCA cannot solve the problem and is hiding a safety recall from the Brazilian consumer.

you're in denial, the wrangler is by far the most capable off roader here. better clearance, better crawl ratio, front and rear lockers, and more articulation. not to mention the factory 32.7inch bfg's.

I've done hills similar to that last section in my Rocky, the Jimny and Cruiser would have done it, and the Wrangler would have been loads easier if you gave it some more beans.

Guys the super dramatic action scene music that u have added is extremely distracting!! I was very interested to see every part of what you guys were doing with the vehicles and listen to it while happening, basically get to see your ACTUAL experience. But u showed only 30% of the offroading, even that in multiple cut shots that is not in proper sequence, switching between slowmo and normal speed whenever u want, loud music when people are speaking, and I repeat the music is really very distracting (not to mention completely out of place for slow and technical stuff like offroading is) and u did not even finish the video! Where is the Jimny and Land Cruiser climbing the hill??? This is not CarAdvice quality video at all. Very Bad.

Plenty of 15+ year old TJ's would disagree with you after spending those years on the toughest trails on the planet getting beat to hell. Different vehicles for different tasks. That Troopy isn't a crawler and the Jeep isn't an overland vehicle, although each can be modded to become more proficient.

I have a lot of affection for serious Jeeps, having owned two in my time, but this “comparison” does the brand no favours. Do a quick trawl of youtube and you will see Jimnys tackling terrain akin to Mt Walker. (And at current UK prices you can buy three entry level Jimnys for the cost of one entry level Rubicon)
