Thank you for all the info - we're looking forward to seeing more videos of your adventures with your trailer! I'm hoping that you can get some video or photos of the underside of the trailer - specifically showing how vulnerable the belly is to trail obstacles, as well as shots of the suspension. Since I'm not familiar with the Timbren axle-less suspension, I'd also love to see videos of how the suspension handles rough terrain off-road because so many "off road" trailers have such horrible, stiff, bouncy suspension as soon as they see any rocky dirt roads. Many thanks!

Thanks for posting. I am also from Texas and so many of the off road trailers don’t have A/C. I’ve short listed this one since I saw them come out but knowing it has an A/C option puts it on top. Your configuration is essentially what I’m wanting so thanks for posting the price as well. Looking forward to future videos.

Awesome trailer. I really like these hybrid styles! Small and light enough to tow behind a mid size suv on small trails, but large enough for a family. I think I would personally do two drop down cots for the kids and just use the front shelves solely for storage. Where does the water from the sink drain? Can it fit in your garage?
@TechandTrails4 жыл бұрын
Thanks! We really love it. The sink doesn't come with any special provisions for draining it, so I attach a hose and drain it into a 14 gallon Camco waste tank, which I dump as necessary. As for my garage, it fits, but only if I remove the roof rack.

Any issues with the height of the awning? I'm 6'4 and concerned it might be too short for, another youtuber has mentioned that he is 6'1 and it's tight. Im curious if there's an option for a lift.
@TechandTrails3 жыл бұрын
I'd say it would be pretty tight. I'd reach out to Lindsay to see what they may be able to do. Never know!
@rubicon4wheeler3 жыл бұрын
I had the same concern, since I'm 6'3" tall. But remember this is just on 31" tires - Fitting 33's should be possible without modifying the suspension. It's also sounding like an upgraded air suspension may be coming available, which would allow adjustable height on and offroad, as well as when camped - including self-leveling when camped. This should solve awning height issues for all but the extremely tall.

The only thing negative I'd have to say is that the 12v Cruise N Comfort AC can't hold up to 100 degree South Texas summer days. It does however cool down just fine at night for sleeping. Who wants to hang out inside while camping anyway! All in all, we LOVE it, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it.
@sarahfreivald48004 жыл бұрын
@@TechandTrails True! If we added AC it would definitely be for sleeping, where we travel we need the heater not the AC 😆. Do you think this trailer is overland capable enough to do trails such as the Rimrocker?
