this is sick, love seeing people take normal cars to cool locations, don't need a crazy lifted jeep or 4runner to go have fun!

Looks amazing. What are the tires and wheels?

Great content! RAV is looking aggressive! May I ask what’s your wheel and tire setup? I’m in the market for new beefy setup for my RAV4 with winter coming in here in the next few months.

Thanks! These are my two wheel/tire setups… Black Rhino Stadium Wheels 16x8 et -10 Toyo Open Country M/T Tires 245/75/16 (shown in this video). Black Rhino Chamber 16x8 et -10 Falken Wild Peak A/T Tires 245/75/16 Both setups require some trimming of the front bumper, and the mud terrains require trimming the pinch weld in the front wheel wells.

I believe you have the offroad package 2 , in japanese naming. Its the only version I found in auctions with the Toyota badge in front with letters instead of the logo. Do you know whats different than the adventure model? Do you get bad mileage with that suspension/wheels/tyres combination? (bad in comparison with the regular Rav4 hybrid )

My RAV4 is a 2022 RAV4 Trail Edition with the TRD Off-Road package (Canadian version), which is no longer available in Canada. The front pro grille was never available on Canadian models, I had to order and install it myself. I believe our Trail model is the same as the Adventure model, just different names. The heavier aftermarket off-road wheels & tires do affect fuel mileage a lot. I don’t know what fuel mileage the RAV4 Hybrids get, so can’t compare, but I’m sure the mileage in my RAV is MUCH worse.

Where did you get the Toyota wording up front and how was the radar re-positioned on the grill?
@The_Endless_Trail_4 ай бұрын
Bought it online from a company called Taco Vinyl. They have a great install video for repositioning the front sensor. Should be able to find their website through Google, or search “RAV4 Pro Grille”.

Is your RAV lifted? If so, what kit did you use? Love the videos by the way. I'm currently building my RAV as well.
@The_Endless_Trail_8 ай бұрын
Thank you! Yes, it has a 2” lift with Dendoff spring, still on the stock TRD shocks.

@@The_Endless_Trail_ so is it only the rear spring that you added? I was looking at their springs but I saw the front one is up to 1" and the rear HD spring is 2". I was thinking of just doing the rear myself since it already sits lower than the front.
@The_Endless_Trail_8 ай бұрын
I did both front and rear. Can’t remember off the top of my head the exact stiffness numbers, but I did the stiffest spring for the front, and the middle stiffness for the rear. In the end with our RAV, it was an approx 2” lift all around and sits with a very slight forward rake, which I like. Once I’m home I can get you the exact numbers, but if you’re looking on the Dendoff website you’ll see all the options available. Hope that helps.
