@@veloperformance because doing strength endurance training at the gym or wherever you want it to do is pointless in case of cycling. Want endurance or strength endurance? Do it specificaly on the bike. Want strength, more absolute power, prevent injuries, have more room to increase your power outputs on the bike? Do real strength training at the gym, lift heavy.

I guess you just made some sort of a mistake in naming it on a picture which is placed in a video because and all the things except this "strength endurance" is perfectly correct in your video. I mean a picture "why strength endurance gym training keeps me fast on my bike"

Michale people have to start somewhere which is what this is about. You cant go straight into pure strength modality that’s how you break yourself. Also the science on strength endurance creates strength. (High volume moderate load to near failure) You don’t have to lift heavy, although you should once you have conditioned yourself to do so. Which is also the pint of this video.

@@veloperformance moderate load and high volume is more like hypertrophy, not strength endurance. And it can be used as an intruduction phase.
