I have an odd habit. Maybe it’s because I’m autistic, or it’s an OCD thing. I have always done this since childhood. When I eat from a plate, I always eat in a circle starting from the left side. I take one or two bites, go to the next food item take two bites, and so on clockwise until I finish. I then drink my glass of water. Other times, I eat one food item completely then move to the next. I don’t mix my food. I always drink my water after, not before or during. My glass always has to be on the top left corner from my placemat. I also sit on the same chair at the table and get annoyed when others sit there.
