Jiu-jitsu is one of the most intimidating sports, and it is a hard journey to go through. Really loved this topic and the jokes in this episode! As a woman tho, I do encourage women to try it out for self-defence skills and cardio hahahaha

Also the escape nick used is actually the correct way to escape the full nelson for those that want to know. That grip he used stops most of the leverage going to his neck and could actually hurt Anthony if nick went hard. As a judo black belt. Bjj is cool but it ain’t the only one that doesn’t just give out belts. People put it on a pedestal but it’s only viable in a one on one. That goes for judo and a lot of other martial arts.
