This game really highlights the tragedy of Sephiroth losing his mind. In FF7 you knew Sephiroth was "Cloud's" friend and that he took it personally, but the player didn't know anything about him other than he was an okay guy at first. This game makes you know him, care for him, and then takes him away XD
