Offa's Dyke Path N-S Part 2 of 2

In June 2022, the start of the heatwave, I walked the Offa's Dyke Path over 12 days. It's a lovely green country path and the dyke is with you most of the way.
I did it north to south because there were ongoing train strikes, so I would be nearer home at the end. It turned out fine except having to read the guide book in reverse!
My new Inov8 boots' heels deteriorated through the hike, causing a twisted ankle and bruised heels - a first time experience, so I returned them for a refund at the end.
Part 2 continues from Mellington Hall to finish at Sedbury Cliffs and then to Chepstow.

Watched this fantastic video, definitely inspired to visit this route next year as my big adventure. I'll only have enough time to do about half, so it'll be the 2nd half as your video showed me that it's really a special adventure. Thanks again for making it

Nice of you to walk with me again! Thank you, and yes, a far cry from storms on the Cambrian Way. I did meet some people, but mostly going the opposite direction as it is more usual to walk S-N. It was mostly hot, the early stages of the coming heat wave I think. 😊
