I love the earthbending from ATLA reference. Well done bro, I'm suck in this Game, but is awesome what can I learn from your vids.
@rin-senpai71154 жыл бұрын
Having solid fundamental pressure is so important, also satisfying to watch. Fenritti comes to mind here. I still struggle with it a bit, especially since I'm restricting my 6M- and DR-usage online, but even simply mixing up when you frametrap or reset your blockstrings can be so powerful.

This helps immensely, I feel like my team had no mix but lots of pressure so this has made me understand the situations a bit better. Great vid, keep it up

I liked the part where he said "try fighting like an earthbender" it might sound silly but one of the most fundamental parts of earthbending is the stance you take, you have to be solid and hard just like the earth, but part of earthbending is actually moving the rock cause a rock cannot move by itself so it needs something strong and powerful to move it in different ways adjust your stance and keep on your feet too and when the time is right Bam!

Yep this is one of my biggest flaws in this game since the game come out I never know what they going to do on defense so I just stuck with the same way at offense. And that's why I use characters good enough at neutral because at least I can do something far away from them but I'm trying to improve on offense and defense as well but it's so hard for me 😭

I couldn't find your video on how to learn and practice the staggering and baiting for things, like a dp or a guard cancel. I have no idea how to setup the dummy to do that

@@RathFGC Awesome thank you! I missed your offense course! KZbin is weird with notifications recently. Maybe a weird request: I just reached living legend on my PC. I used to play with my keyboard and I built a hitbox. It is also my 1st fg. Something unnatural for me are the aerial movements. It is very hard to describe, especially with buttons to move. like you said in one of your video "how can they deal with something they dont know?". for instance people do 669 (?) jumps above my beams and punish me, but when I try, it doesn't go as far. Another one is when I play Yamcha I get zoned with projectiles and I just "can't get in" Especially frieza or the Brolies. Or they somehow jump and open me in the air perfectly. If you are in NA, maybe I could hire you for a training session to show you what I mean :D

Rath, you are the best dbfz teacher! Would you mind cover next 101 on guard cancel? I have a hard time to mixup opponent when they are down to anchor, they seems able to escape my 50/50 mix with guard cancel, i watch kazunoko a lot, he seems react guard cancel flashing effect then calling an assist, i try to lab it, but its work sometimes only, seems block string and assist dependent....is there a way to punish last character guard cancel?
@davidburke41014 жыл бұрын
With most characters, the only way to stop a solo guard cancel is to do a single jab and then block. Unlike regular guard cancel there isn't enough time for medium buttons to recover if they time them properly. There are some characters with special moves that will beat solo GC such as base vegeta and Blue Goku, although you will need to do these as a reaction to a GC which will require you to confirm every button wasn't GC'd. Characters with a counter can also beat solo GC such as Jiren. All of these moves can call it out as a guess.
@milktea46594 жыл бұрын
@@davidburke4101 thank for the tips, i just test out UI goku counter lvl1 super, it work great against solo GC. Just want to know kazunoko call assist anti solo GC is a real thing or not, i did lab UI goku block string against kid buu solo GC, once i see kid buu GC flash effect, i call out A,gohan assist b, which will make kid buu GC hit on gohan instead of me, i can get a whiff 2m punish. But its seems very unstable and assist dependent, I wanna keep practice that if it's a real tactics. (Just test A.gohan, that 3L can cancel into DP to punish solo GC too! THANKS SO MUCH ! )
