Yep I feel that, especially when you have meetings all day and you just want to have some alone time at lunch. Also, something that grinds my gears is when people arrange meetings during lunch time (but no lunch involved).

Hahaha, I work for one of the big 4 in Melbourne and I can relate - although my team is actually very flexible with your online presence as long as the work gets done. But yes, there is always that element of guilt when you take a longer lunch break or you're "Away" on skype at 11:00 am :)
