Let me get this right, a police officer who approaches you first but refuses to identify herself reports to her colleagues that you made her feel harassed, alarmed and distressed. They are still a cop. But failure to identify, or not having a collar number on the outer layer of clothing is a serious disciplinary offence. And it's difficult to make an excuse when there is evidence of the offence occurring

That skip will be taken to a yard, tipped and everything separated and transported on to the appropriate dumps. Don't get me wrong they will pay a much higher price for that compared to a skip containing one type of waste, oh sorry I forgot they aren't paying for it, the tax payer is so who cares eh? I am not in the UK but a skip filled with furniture would cost around £50 here but if it is mixed rubbish it would be nearer £300. You can put what you want in your skip but if it is mixed it will cost you a damn site more to dump. Wonder why when people go to their local waste disposal site there is a line of skips, each one for different material? I am in and out of the various dump sites every day and I cant tip green waste if it is contaminated with anything else. One dump for brick and rubble £50 per ton, one tip for clean concrete £12 per ton. Another tip for plasterboard £90 per ton. Skips tip their load in the same places and if a load is mixed it is rejected and directed to a private company yard to be tipped and sorted hence the higher prices for a mixed load. So your welcome to put what you want in your skip but the cleaner the load the cheaper it will be. Oh and just to add another stupid comment about something which was mentioned in the video by Auditing Yorkshire. Fire doors are very difficult to re use because of their make up. They can be made up of various layered materials including metal which make them difficult to cut and alter to size.
