that's weird, then check your power management, and make sure its not on "balanced" and it's on HIGH PERFORMANCE

what does the crash say? check latest video drivers, check integrity of files on steam/ redownload the game.

this fix worked for me but randomly, after getting the same crash and applying the same exact fix, for some reason the fix doesnt work anymore for me.

you might be skipping a razer file, it happened to me i literally stopped the start up services so i dont have to do it each time.

Easy SUB and worked for me instantly. Disabled Razer in task manager and game started to update and launch.

Dude i literally uninstalled and I have a $200 dollar razer mouse lol i can't risk not playing the finals, it still works and has quit change of dpi and what not. Hit that like hit that share subscribe for more daily CONTENT and some fixes ;)
