OMG the style, the finishes the layout. This house is awesame. I m glad that didnt go cheap on the flip. The landscaper did a great job as well and of course Manuel and his team worked hard. The family is lucky that will decide to buy this house. It has everything that a family needs and of course the back yard is stunning. Good job. Keep going. For the people asking for the math: 2021, $748,000, now, pending sale on an offer after listing it at $1,799,000, with a Zillow valuation of $1,826,900 so leaving a bit of money on the table. No idea on how much was spend but if it sold at 1,799,000, the profit over the property cost is $1,051,000, so plenty for the construction costs. This is from the Zillow listing.

Yes, look at the door! Spasificly the top of the door. You see, where it does not seal and all the heating and cooling will escape making for higher utility bills! Yes just look at that door!

That is a weird rule to not have gas range stove tops in CA. I find gas range makes food taste better than electric.

The front door needs a better seal all the way around, you can see light coming through it. This is not good for bugs and insulation...
