Guys! There are 4 sides of the story here and most guys that comment only see one. 1. The fan side: what entertains you, what you wanna see, what’s good for you. 2. The brand, Hosstile, what moves the brand forward. A brand needs exposure, needs great people to align with it’s style and image, people that put in the work when asked, and preferably to go the extra mile. Extra mes bring extra cash in time, but most guys don’t get that. 3. Fouad, people that he feels a bond with. If you noticed, if he sees potential AND likes the character he brings them on the team, it’s never one without the other. 4. The sponsored athlete side of the story. Competitors / influencers want to get the best deal with the least amount of work. It rarely works like that. If you are the very best but with zero social media or a very weak presence, you generate no traffic / no sales, you bring low value. That’s why guys / girls that don’t compete but keep a big social media presence, engage and have built a community will make many times more than competitors. But they put in the work daily, and for some competitors whose few stories or posts a month are just too much. When it comes to supporting competitors, the best things you can do to help them level up their financial game is use their promo codes. If sales are generated on their codes, they can negociate better terms when the contract expires even if they jump brands. Placings matter, but mostly for the very elite, below that, sales matter so much more. Peace ✌🏼

My opinion, I would keep athletes and friends on the podcast separate, like the relationship you have with Ian and James. As much as I would love to see those 2 on hostile, I’m glad they aren’t. I hate that if athletes decide to leave hostile, they also tend to disappear from the podcast which is their personal choice. We get to grow to like them and then they’re gone. All In all out of 20 ppl i have friendships only 2 are willing to be there for me emotionally or actually want me to get back into bodybuilding. The only reason I stopped was because my mentor/ coach died in the middle of my first prep. R.I.P SEAN... There’s a trend here. People who leave Hosstile are the “trendy” ones: the ones who like talking about Jordan sneakers, who have girlfriends who look like typical instagram girls, who care a bit too much about being trendy. Nick, Nathan, Brett and now Justin all fit that category. I think Fouad should see this pattern and understand that his leadership and his branding may not fit these kind of dudes. I love Hosstile and I’m sure it will be earning millions and millions in the coming years, but the branding doesn’t fit everyone. These dudes who leave want to be with a owner who also loves sneakers and who wear Balenciagas and shit like that

I dont think these athletes understand how much the podcast helps their social media presence. They get clout and just run off, smh. Dont get me wrong, Justin was definitely one of my faves and i hope him and Fouad can continue their friendship. Ian understands this and hes not even a hosstile athlete! That's why he's the goat! If Justin is smart he'll continue to do the podcast every now and then.

No one athlete does make the brand but what got me into buying hosstile products was 100% you Fouad, your dedication, passion and respect for bodybuilding drew me in. We’re with you during this tough time. I know you see your athletes more than just athletes more like family. Stay strong Hoss 💪

I feel that Raw and Revive are trying to poach athletes in an unethical way when they gain popularity from exposure on the podcast. Once they become big enough for other brands and supplement companies, they want to leave without considering what a brand like Hostile has done for them. I understand that business is business, but athletes should not forget who gave them that publicity, which is worth a lot.

@@levon8262 Exactly and usually these atletes dissapear regarding the personal side showing stuff on other podcasts once they left. And here one can even argue with the business is business, let's not act like Justin needs money from BB, he said himself BB is nit a business for him, it's love, so it seemed the podcast and the family like crew, I dont get it

Fouad, so well put. I’d love to see you add Kolly amandine to the team. I saw an interview with her on female bodybuilding channel where she said she had no current sponsors. I was shocked. I think she’d be a tremendous fit with hosstile and as a female fan would love to see a big name with y’all. 💪🏽

I’m really disappointed in Justin. Especially after all you’ve done for him. It’s a weird situation where it seems like your fans and customers are more loyal than your “friends” and athletes

You are quite literally a one of kind owner Fouad, in the best way possible. I know it hurts but you are always respectful and professional even when it may not be deserved. If i was a pro you would be the only guy i would want to work with. Some things are worth more than a dollar.

Good Luck to both guys. This is the hardest thing about running a business. when you strike a bond with someone, especially when they have great potential, it hits hard when they choose to move on. I wish everyone the best with the new and exciting opportunities ahead of them.

Ya know in business it's hard to have friends..that's definitely a difficult part of this business for you, Fouad..but ya know I think it's actually better to not be too much of a businessman. Makes me think you're staying true to why you started hosstile in the first place. You surround yourself with people that you choose to. Like minded people. And when they leave for any reason, I think that's what really affects you. That's a good and bad thing, man. Don't change.

I've followed the pod from the beginning, and I think all I have these days are Hosstile shirts lol. It's a strange feeling to feel gutted about the loss of a brand athlete, but I think that's a reflection of how well you've connected with your audience. Always onward and upward Fouad, keeping crushing it.
