Genius as always, Shane. We get smarter every time you speak. The sandbag tip makes so much sense. Tonya will definitely be pulling them back. Thanks again, Brother. Happy holidays and stay blessed.

Really appreciate the insight in your content. New to training this year, but strongman is the goal, because it's awesome. Glad you can find the time to keep it coming.

Loved this breakdown! 👌🏻 Get so much out of this sort of analysis from an athlete, fan’s and aspiring coach’s perspective! Maybe helps that I’m obsessed with the U80 scene too!! - But I love the passion you have for it, Shane! (including the rambling! 😄)

Great content as always! I find using the cues you give always benefit me. Would you recommend the same cues on a normal yoke in terms of hands as low as possible? I tend to have elbows between 90-110 degrees, would you suggest trying to go lower or does the weight distribution change the cue? Thanks in advance!

I'd be dangerous with all this knowledge if I wasn't weak as piss. Numbers still going up though

I’d love to compete in that weight class within 3-5 years i have a lot of size and strength to put on but i’m only 5’5 I don’t know the height of these athletes Is that realistic for me to aim for that weight class ?
@chrisbinder68372 жыл бұрын
That is roughly the average height for most of the top guys in the class. I am also 5' 5" and compete u80. There are a few outliers but most ppl at the top of this class range from 5'4" - 5' 7.5" or so.

@@chrisbinder6837 are you for real man ? You don’t know how much that answer makes me happy!! I was sure that my height would make me suffer in that weight class so to know that those athletes are around our (not very tall height) just raise up my motivation even more!! Thank you so much for that answer and i hope you are going to go very far in your strongman career 🙏🏻🙏🏻
