Hey mate I’d love to see a Versus series Take two guys that are great at an event and detail the differences between their techniques Or possibly someone great at an event versus someone who it’s a weakness for and detail what person A does right, person B does wrong

Loved it. I’d be interested to see you compare Hoopers to Loz because of how good Loz was on moving events and Loz is coaching Hooper

I didn’t know that! They are both mega on yoke

Been really impressed with how Mitch has been improving his external rotation on yoke, was always a beast on yoke but was crazy externally rotated and inside ankle bone tended to collapse in. Saw this pattern crop up badly on the stone run at worlds but it looks like he's made massive strides in his foot mechanics this year. Big credit to what a talented athlete he is to make these changes in a short period of time.

Would love to hear more about foot work (just generally). It’s not something I hear talked about elsewhere on KZbin

Mitchell said he was a marathon runner before strongman. Very big into his running.

Mental, wouldn’t of expected that 😂

@@MSTSystems yep he’s mentioned it in several podcasts. Naturally very well conditioned.

Push that yoke and ride it like a sail nice and smooth. Accelerating at the right speed out of the hole is crucial. You must not let the yoke swing back against you. If you loose control of the swing it’s curtains . Farmers can be similar but this is law on yoke.

Liked before I've watched it, 'cause I know your inside scoop will be, as always, spot on 👍

“Inside ankle bone high” do I sense that Shane had been paying attention to some GOATA principles? Now that’s interesting

Yeah he really jumped on the social media grind after wsm. Had to unfollow him because it was so much
@MSTSystems2 жыл бұрын
Didn’t expect him to be a marathon runner I’ll be honest haha
@MellonVegan2 жыл бұрын
Didn't he say his left calf was cramping on this first run or was that another one?
