College reputation will give you more opportunities, but you need to be very skillful. Where as tier-2 and tier-3 colleges doesn't give more opportunities as tier-1 colleges, but you are really skillful then you can do anything. If you are in tier-2 or tier-3 college, don't disappoint focus on your skills and do more hard work.

IIT Kanpur is no. 1 in terms of placement where the average of CSE was 49 lakhs and median was 34 lakhs .
