I liked them with Peter Gabriel, even though most of that prog stuff is hard to digest. He's actually still touring, so he must be in good shape. Gotta be 75. This era here is the best. With Collins singing. From 76-77 til 87 when Invisible Touch came out I believe. Pure gold. So many good and well crafted songs

I would agree with you on that. Abacab was my very first exposure to Genesis -- had nothing else to compare it to. I liked it a great deal, in the same context as other quality new wave music of the day. The three of them put songs together in a way that was imaginative, different, and distinct. Very english, and clever. Songs like invisible touch are too pop for my liking, but tracks like this one I like. I still like Abacab as a whole -- an album I go back to and enjoy all these decades on.

Everything prior to Duke gets more and more prog If you work your way backwards. The last few Gabriel singing first couple with Phil are imo the best prog ever. A lot more sophisticated melodically and harmonically- also thematically- then the bands that were more solo driven. Have a way of using reoccurring themes a lot like classical symphonies.

most kids since the 90s don't even know he had been around since 1970. Madonna is a far relation of Bush as well as a number of others whom they deliberately employed to start the nefarious Hollywood scene. Robbie Robertson who always used to like hanging out in Hollywood had got threatened by the Bush cult for trying to expose them. it all led to this recent covid madness scam--it has all been part of the elite cult since Led Zeppelin was finished in 80.
