This piece was right on the money. Coming just before the Internet was about to enter the scene in a big way. Brave New World indeed. Very accurate and prescient.

Jan Hammer was really always ahead of his time, a true genius. He was using his intellect to find out how he could improve his compositions and as time passes by and the new technologies that were getting introduced. This track Brave New World is really motivating and even more true on the times we are currently living in now, with AI rapidly advancing and the rights of oridinary non blessed people slowly but steadily fading away... Time is ticking we should not afford to waste any of it on the new planted entertainment type distractions, capturing the minds of dozens of people every second, especially if we prioritize freedom at number 1. If we want to see the future we must transform and master a craft/skill at least, that could be deemed productive. Thank you Mr Hammer for the motivation, my prayers are there with you forever from the heart.

You have to understand. When I saw this in 1992, It melted my brain. I imagined all the machines, every time they did a core dump, reset a program, or moved a file as doing this. It altered my my mind, and made me see simple machines as something equal and lifelike. I cannot overstate the gravity of this video to me.

eh? this tune is actually called "sunset", isn't it? "brave new world" is the piano melody set to a bass sequencer that sounds reminiscent of the style of Jarre's "Equinox" (his best album). "OK"..."brave new world" begins at 1:40

I largely give this music video credit for driving me to understand mathematics (those hyperspace animations) and become a electrical/computer engineer (the second half of the vid). Really had a profound affect on my childhood imagination.

What a beautiful piece. the beginning really is loving and fits the graphics, i wonder what was used into making that sweet sound on the synth, I'm sure it was quite advanced for its time
