It's very touch and go for the first 3-4 weeks after surgery while you're healing and your new stomach doesn't fully heal for about 90 days because the staples are permanent and have to be healed over. But with that said, I believe that anyone who has that surgery who is still young enough to be physically active would likely be cleared to take bumps after around 4-6 months tops.

In my opinion i feel he had a food addiction and also fell into a depression. And being bi-polar myself i know what food and being depressed can do to oneself. However, that does NOT take away his in ring ability. As in my opinion for a heavy wrestler compared to other talents with the exception of John Tenta. He was THE BEST big man to ever grace a squared circle. The things he could do at he size were mind boggling. More importantly he was a GREAT MAN. He cared deeply for his family, friends, and people in general. Especially, those who were down on their luck or had other misfortunes in their lives. He lived an honest life giving back to those in need. And that's what makes him extra special to me.

@@davidjgg I'm glad Vader seemed to have a full life and pro wrestling career. Not as sure about Bigelow. I just wish Yoke got his full career in. He was only 33 when he passed on, more life ahead of him, more family time. More pro wrestling to give to the world. Just imagine, he was a 2x WWF World Champ before 30, that's AMAZING. And pro wrestlers hit their best years later on in their 30-40's. If only he won his battle. There were prime Yoko years ahead of him.

Yokozuna is the only person who brought Taker to tears because he was so highly respected by his peers. It's a real shame he basically ate himself to his grave because if you hear some of his interviews, he really was a nice guy. Imagine if he had lost four hundred pounds and was half the size like he was in the days before he got to WWE.. He could of been feuding with his cousins and Taker into the next decade.

Yoko losing so much weight, at such a fast rate could have been dangerous as well. He likely would have needed a few years off to recondition his body and heart. There are stories of people losing half of their body weight that their heart rate goes out of wack from being used to being overworked. It’s possible Ronnie could have been out from 96-2000 or 2001. That could have been the invasion angle, or Rikishi era starting out (which could have worked out). Imagine the tag team division with Too Cool (minus Rikishi), Edge and Christian, Hardy’s, Dudleys, Rikishi and Yoko, APA, and all of the other great teams that came in. I say tag team for Yoko, so he would have time to get into ring shape again.

The question Brian asked about if Yoko had come out of Duke under 500 pounds or even smaller than that would he be Yokozuna anymore? Id like to think no but there's plenty of things they could have done. At the time of the Headshrinkers break up they made Fatu the anti-gangsta making a difference babyface. If they didnt put Yoko with Owen, he easily could have been the heel gangsta to feud with Fatu. Hell when 3 Minute Warning made their debut, imagine a now 37 year old slimmer Yoko as their manager.

Yeah, because CNN and MSNBC are any better. It's by FAR worse and they are all shit. Jim is one of those "I'm on the good guy team" imbeciles. Without even being able to explain the difference. Too lazy to research anything and instead gets his cliff notes from probably low IQ Brian right off their websites. It's baffling.

@@itsyourenotyour9101 All the news outlets indie to mainstream all are bad in different ways and have their different biases and good points, I agree. @@skipbayless557 Commentators on all news outlets regularly call for going to war, military interventions, and endorse, downplay, or ignore drone strikes against civilians or their deaths, US citizen or not. MSNBC isn’t an exception there. John Bolton was a commentator on Fox hired by Trump. Here’s Bolton not giving a fuck about civilian deaths in Iraq: www.independent.co.uk/news/world/americas/john-bolton-iraq-war-civilian-deaths-mehdi-hasan-interview-b1041508.html Bolton was so trigger happy Donald Trump now just thinks he’s a war hawk nut and regrets hiring him: www.rollingstone.com/politics/politics-news/trump-threatens-bolton-bombs-judge-rejects-block-book-1018141/ Back to the MSNBC commentator. Nicole Wallace is an establishment conservative type who worked for George W. Bush and John McCain. How is she that exceptional compared to Bolton or any other commentators. Again, all these media companies have this revolving door of commentators from the government who’ve in and out of that job advocate for all kinds of fucked up policies. That’s not a way Fox News isn’t as bad as MSNBC. I hate MSNBC and CNN. But for different reason than I hate Fox. But there are specifically ways each are bad and yet Jim is still right about how Fox is bad. I regret wading into this because I feel this is just a “No, Fox isn’t bad. CNN and MSNBC are!” type discussion. I have no interest in defending them. Again there’s all bad but in different ways and yet there are ways each of them are particularly bad by my measure and I’ll leave it at that.
