And over on raw and smackdown Rhea Ripley and Becky Lynch are having face to face conversations in the ring and you can see the emotion and the hatred they have for each other. Then you've got La knight vs AJ styles at WrestleMania. Cody Rhodes vs Roman Reigns. This might be the best WrestleMania in along time. I can't wait to see WrestleMania. Why can't Tony Khan book a ppv like wwe does?. Aew is just wrestling without any reason or logic. It's just high spots and guys doing dives that make no sense. The bucks, after failing to take the TNT title off a face Swerve Strickland for a few months, they bring in Okada and his first match will be to take the title from Strickland. Now the face is really in trouble. Britt Baker and Saraya about to battle over the women’s title with a surprise Mercedes as the guest referee. Osprey in a blood feud vs Claudio or something. All being built to the next PPV. Instead, we got Willow vs Riho, Osprey vs some dude, Wardlow choked out like a joke. The Bucks and Okada doing high school comedy.

Tony can not worry about what the Rock does, or when. where he screwed up was having Mercedes on at the start of the show. The ratings were 1 million, then as soon as she was done with her promo, the ratings dropped right back to 801,000. They should have started the show, then put out a statement saying she was there, and she would be on later, then have her come out at 9pm, or 9:30, not at the start of the show at 8pm. So the people stay tuned to see her, they way they did it she was on right away, and then as soon as she was gone the ratings crashed.

For wigs, the hair can usually just be wadded down under a cap pretty well by professionals and women who make a habit of wig-wearing. As far as I know, Black ladies who use weaves normally braid their natural hair down tight to their heads, depending how much they've got, then weave the added hair into the base. There's no way she's enough of a mark to mar her own hair with AEW's logo. Probably not even a weave because that's a bitch of a process, takes hours and a lot of money going in and coming out. Expensive custom wig most likely, she's probably got a roller suitcase full of them.

AEW posted the end of the Okata vs Kingston match online and I tried to watch it. Instead of making Okata look good it made Kingston seem like a bum. I get the feeling that they’re willing to bury the entire roster for Okata and I can’t understand how that works in the long run. Can you imagine if Punk came back and beat Gunther in his second match back for the IC Strap? I understand he’s a big deal in Japan, but to an outsider looking in you just had a random no name show up and beat the shit out of one of your four main guys that aren’t just leftovers from the WWE. How the hell does that happen or work in the long run for your company?

My family has been in the wrestling business since the mid 50s I know so the language of business we speak fluently and have demonstrated I'm dozens of promotions and territories all over the country. That being said I watched this show and saw all the things you did and felt awful bout the whole experience. Okada n his finisher left me scratching my head as how in the hell they are gonna convince any of the boys to bump n sell that as devastating without exposing things so to speak. Perhaps they are gonna have someone there to kick the other guy in the balls everything. Not like the refs matter in that promotion anyway. And neither do any of the industry standards myself n my family have operated within fir half a century. The heels are cheered the faces never win. The refs are obsolete. I have to agree. Okada worked well as a big deal in strike heavy, strong-style Mecca NJPW because his current style fit in and they spent a very long time showing and telling people that he was a big deal and all his stuff hit harder than everyone else. In AEW where you’re liable to see guys trading off and no selling multiple Canadian destroyers on any given night, where one of their bigger stars flips over the rope 360 degrees and delivers a monster lariat as a finisher? Rainmaker literally looks like foreplay.
